As waves on the
seashore
our lives roll
by
like sand on the
beaches
or stars in the
sky.
We each leave an
imprint
on others around
our lives a
reflection
of love we have
found.
Since the
beginning
the dawning of
time
we have been
searching
for reason or
rhyme.
looking for
answers
to why we exist
there must be a
purpose
'cause pain we
resist.
Yes, we were
created
to rule and
reign
not off in the
future
on some distant
plain.
Our King is
forever
His kingdom has
come
when He cried
it's finished
the victory was
won!
Our lives are
for living
not just getting
by
embracing each
sunset
and new morning
sky.
We each have a
purpose
for being on
earth
brushing on
canvas
the color of
worth.
A
beautiful painting
a tapestry given
our Father is
painting
and weaving from
Heaven.
We are His beauty
that He has
released
a life of such
value
We're God's
masterpiece.
